Requirements:
We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer / Platform Engineer to join our Adtech engineering team. Minimum 3 years of experience in Adtech, specifically in backend development or platform engineering.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in backend development and engineering of ad delivery engines, with a strong background in Prebid or OpenRTB integrations for websites and mobile applications.

Responsibilities:
- Code Development: Build high-quality, reusable code for scalable and sustainable web applications. Ensure code is clean, efficient, and maintainable for future projects.
- Database Management: Manage and maintain SQL and NoSQL databases, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch.
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in PHP (Symphony framework), Golang, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Containerization and Deployment: Utilize Docker containers and Kubernetes clusters for scalable deployments. Administer web servers such as Nginx and Apache, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Troubleshooting and Debugging: Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure reliability. Create and execute testing schedules to optimize user experience across browsers and devices.
- Feature Deployment: Deploy new features, perform updates, and manage application environments. Maintain detailed development logs and documentation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather and address technical and design requirements from stakeholders. Collaborate closely with front-end developers for seamless integration.
- Project Participation: Participate in cross-functional project teams to meet deadlines and achieve project goals.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to publishers and partners, resolving issues efficiently.
- Documentation: Write clear and comprehensive documentation for user interfaces and developer reference.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Adtech, specifically in backend development or platform engineering.
- Proven experience as a Backend Developer or Full Stack Developer, preferably in Adtech.
- Strong knowledge of PHP, Golang, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch).
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Nginx, and Apache.
- Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with Prebid or OpenRTB integrations.
- Background in ad delivery engines for web and mobile platforms.
