We are looking for an experienced Truck Dispatcher to join our professional team operating across the United States. Our company manages a variety of freight, including Flatbed, Step Deck, Conestoga, Reefer, and Dry Van loads.
As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for:

Coordinating and scheduling loads with drivers and brokers

Tracking shipments and providing updates on ETA, driver status, and delivery confirmations

Ensuring compliance with DOT regulations and managing driver logs

Communicating with brokers to negotiate rates, confirm loads, and resolve issues

Managing insurance documentation, BOLs, and PODs

Handling oversize and overweight shipments

Problem-solving and coordinating solutions in case of delays or challenges on the road

We are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in truck dispatching, a good command of English, and familiarity with US trucking regulations and dispatch software.
