Coral Flowers is a London-based premium online flower brand known for creating elegant and luxurious floral arrangements. We don’t have a physical shop — all our sales come through Instagram, WhatsApp, and our website. Our clients value quality, aesthetics, and high-level service.
We are looking for a Sales & Client Service Manager who can take full ownership of the order cycle, coordinate with the florist, maintain CRM records, and ensure smooth communication with our valued clients. You’ll be an essential part of a small and ambitious team with real impact.Requirements:
- English level B2-C1 or higher (both written and spoken)

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or admin roles

Comfortable using CRM systems and working with structured client data

Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks at once

Responsible and consistent — you will be the «operational core» of the brand

Emotionally intelligent and good at building rapport with clients

Work conditions: Coral Flowers | Premium Online Flower Studio (London) Working hours: 09:00—18:00 UK time (GMT)
Responsibilities:
- Manage every client order from first message to delivery confirmation

Communicate daily with the florist to coordinate bouquet preparation and dispatch

Enter all client and order information into the CRM system (we use Kommo CRM)

Follow up with clients, including sending reminders about birthdays, anniversaries, etc.

Respond to inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, and email — quickly, warmly, and professionally

Monitor content posting frequency on Instagram (you won’t create content, but will remind and track)

Ensure all parts of the business are «in sync» and deadlines are met

Spot opportunities to build long-term relationships and encourage repeat orders
