We are seeking a skilled and motivated Legal Assistant to support our legal team.
Only resumes submitted in English will be reviewed and considered.
In this role, you will:

Prepare immigration documents and build immigration cases.

Track application status.

Contact IRCC offices regarding cases.

Prepare completed immigration files by downloading and accurately filling forms, preparing additional information, submission letters and supporting documents as per the specific immigration program.

Answer clients´ enquires.

Maintain accurate records and ensure timely application submissions.

Support the legal team with research and administrative tasks.

Schedule and confirm appointments.

What We’re Looking For:

Fluent English (excellent written and spoken skills).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience in legal or immigration assistance is a plus.

Independent, proactive, and team-oriented.
