The international manufacturing company Elopak, a leading global supplier of carton packaging and filling equipment, is looking for The Sales and Business Development Manager (Ukraine, Moldova, Romania) www.elopak.com
Purpose of the position:
The Sales and Business Development Manager acts as a connector between customers and internal teams in Elopak. This person offers Elopak products and services towards customers as well as working together with Order Handling, Technical Services and Innovation & Engineering. Establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships is the core purpose of this position, as well as contributing in a goal-oriented way the expansion of the company’s market position.
To be bold and fierce when it comes to take over the market opportunities making business where others do not see potential, is a must for this position.
Main tasks:
- Developing concepts for tapping new customers and market potential, and implementing these concepts in line with the Group strategy
- Observation and analysis of market developments with corresponding orientation of own and influencing company activities
- Elaboration of offers based on customer-specific problem solutions with regards to filling technology, packaging and logistics in close coordination with management
- Care of existing and acquisition of new customers
- Conducting negotiations with closing certainty at the highest level
- Responsibility for the result with individual customers
- Intensive cooperation in the annual budget planning and subsequent realization of own specifications

Experience, must have
- Minimum 5 years of customer facing experience including but not limited to Sales, Customer Service, or Field Service in the Packaging industry is preferred
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to create and deliver impactful presentations
- exceptional ability to clearly convey ideas across a wide range of internal and external audiences and show strong negotiation skills
- create and maintain strong relationships outside of organization including highest levels of executives, with partners, customers
- degree in Business Economic or Engineering, Technical, Food Technologies

Experience, nice to have
IT skills / systems Experience with MS Office and general knowledge of ERP SAP
Language requirements Ukrainian/English
Personal characteristics
- Strong communication skills
- Team player
- Service oriented mind-set
- Knowledge of reporting functionalities and metric analysis
- Excellent presentation, negotiation and general sales skills
