Saint Javelin is a social enterprise, established on February 16, 2022, by Christian Borys, a former Canadian journalist, amid the looming threat of a full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine. What began with a single sticker has grown into an internationally recognized clothing brand.
Saint Javelin is a purpose-driven apparel and accessories brand built in Ukraine and inspired by resilience. Our mission is to create high-quality, field-tested products that support Ukraine and inspire people worldwide. We design, manufacture, and now ship directly from Ukraine to customers across North America, Europe, and beyond.
We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic marketing leader to scale Saint Javelin’s global e-commerce revenue by 100% over the next three years. This person will own and build the marketing function — systems, processes, campaigns, and team — to make Saint Javelin one of the most recognizable purpose-driven apparel brands in the world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a 3-year growth strategy to double online revenue.
- Oversee and personally manage paid campaigns across Meta and Google with deep attention to analytics, attribution, and ROI.
- Design and scale automated flows, segmentation, and retention programs that drive repeat purchases.
- Build partnerships with creators and ambassadors aligned with Saint Javelin’s mission.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-impact visuals and messaging for ads, social, and product launches.
- Hire, train, and manage a small but elite marketing team; establish performance dashboards and reporting systems.
- Lead weekly data reviews; turn insights into actionable growth experiments across channels.????
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 5+ years of hands-on e-commerce marketing experience.
- Proven track record scaling DTC brands.
- A true operator-builder who enjoys getting hands-on with campaigns and analytics daily.
- Expertise across acquisition, conversion, retention, and analytics.
- Performance marketing mastery on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google (SEM/YouTube/Shopping).
- Experience with influencer and partnership marketing that drives measurable ROI.
- Email expert (e.g., Klaviyo).
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making mindset.
- Collaborative, fast-moving, entrepreneurial personality.
- Fluency in English (Ukrainian is a plus).
