Come Back Agency supports US software and technology companies with their hiring process. This position is with a US-based software company providing custom development and AI implementation for North American clients.
Successful candidates will be hired directly by the client and become part of its distributed international team, working directly with US clients.
What you’ll do
- Manage projects from planning and pre-sales support to delivery and ongoing support.
- Coordinate development, design, and QA teams.
- Plan and prioritize tasks, sprints, deadlines, and workload.
- Work with Scrum and Kanban processes.
- Maintain project and technical documentation.
- Track budgets, deadlines, risks, blockers, and project progress.
- Prepare regular status updates and reports.
- Keep tasks and processes clear, structured, and organized.
- Communicate with clients and help develop long-term cooperation.
What we’re looking for
- English at B2+ level and confidence in communication with US clients.
- Relevant experience in IT, software development, or project coordination.
- Practical experience with Scrum, Kanban, and sprints.
- Good understanding of project documentation, planning, and delivery processes.
- Strong organizational and task-management skills.
- High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
For Junior / Junior+ candidates, we consider 6+ months of relevant experience, including internships, freelance projects, or project coordination.
For Middle+ / Strong Middle candidates, we expect experience managing IT projects through the full lifecycle, including budgets, risks, client communication, and team coordination.
Experience with Upwork, especially Upwork Plus, will be a strong advantage. Experience in pre-sales, account management, or client development is also a plus.
