Paid Social Specialist Job Opportunity at Clickmagic
Clickmagic is looking for a Paid Social Specialist (Meta Ads) to join our team and help drive measurable growth for our clients through high-performance paid social campaigns.
Core Responsibilities:
- Build, launch, and optimise advertising campaigns in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) following industry best practices.
- Conduct audits and manage paid social ad accounts with a strong focus on: CPA, CPL, ROAS, revenue, lead volume, and lead quality.
- Test audiences, creatives, formats, and hypotheses (A/B testing).
- Manage budgets, scale winning campaigns, and continuously reduce cost per result.
- Provide daily work updates and weekly performance summaries for each account.
- Deliver comprehensive monthly performance reports with insights and clear recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and internal teams to ensure smooth communication.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluent English (strong written and verbal communication skills).
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Solid understanding of analytics and tracking: GA4, Meta Pixel, Conversion API.
- Experience working with lead generation, e-commerce, or service-based businesses.
- Strong analytical mindset with a clear focus on business results.
