DS Cleaning is a US-based residential and commercial cleaning company. We are looking for a reliable and communicative dispatcher to join our remote team and help us deliver an outstanding experience to our clients.
Schedule:Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM — 5:00 PM EST (3:00 — 11:00 Kyiv time)
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming leads via calls and messages; convert prospects into booked clients
- Schedule and confirm cleaning appointments with new and existing clients
- Build and manage daily schedules for cleaning teams
- Support cleaners during shifts: provide instructions, handle last-minute changes
- Coordinate cancellations, reschedules, and urgent situations
- Maintain accurate records in the company CRM
- Send follow-up messages to clients after completed jobs
Requirements:
- Fluent English — both spoken and written (you will communicate directly with US clients)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work during daytime EST hours
- Responsible, calm under pressure, and detail-oriented
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with US-based service companies (cleaning, landscaping, HVAC, home services, etc.)
- Background in dispatching, customer support, or sales
