Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to launch and grow the English Instagram channel for Mr. Apps. We already have a Russian-language Mr. Apps channel (@mr.apps.official) and would like to grow the English-language channel as well.
Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Manage and publish content on social media: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms through daily posts (feed, Stories, Reels/Shorts) with content adapted to each platform’s format and style.
- Content plan. Write down, organize and maintain a content plan for our feed and our stories. Analyze content from international bloggers and competitors in the niche. Monitor social media trends and adapt them for the project’s content.
- Create. Prepare covers, captions, and descriptions for posts. Create static content for social media (carousels).
- Manage comments, direct messages and community engagement in general. Interact with the audience.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar role
- English at a B2 level or higher, Russian B1 or higher (needed to coordinate with the rest of the team)
- Strong work ethic, creativity, punctuality.
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
