We are Trucking company looking for an experienced Hot Shot trucks dispatcher.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 1 years experience working as a truck dispatcher.
- Experience with above mentioned trailers is a must. Super dispatch, Central dispatch boards etc
- High English language communicative skills (min.B2).
- Ability to multi-task effectively.
- Be highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to teach others.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Look for loads not only at boards, own brokers list is very welcomed.
- More than just adequately, plan the routes and negotiate the best price with brokers.
- Give the drivers what they are asking for (price, commodity, optimal route).
- The ability to read, prepare and understand shipping documents to ensure accuracy of transportation.
- Provide full information according to transportation and add it into TMS.
