We are looking for legal counsel to join a Family Office with a focus on contracts, intellectual property, and philanthropic projects.
Key requirements:
- Law degree
- 2−4 years of legal experience (law firm or in-house)
- Strong experience in contract drafting and review
- Practical experience in intellectual property (IP)
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Nice to have:
- Experience with art transactions / art market
- Experience in philanthropic or charitable projects
- Exposure to foreign jurisdictions
Key responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts (including in English)
- Legal support of asset acquisitions (including art)
- Handling IP matters (assignment, licensing, etc.)
- Supporting philanthropic and charitable initiatives
- Providing day-to-day legal support across Family Office activities (corporate, commercial, and related matters)
- Involvement in international projects and coordination with external advisors
