📅 Schedule
- Monday — Friday
- 3:00 PM — 1:00 AM (Kyiv time)
- Weekends and U.S. federal holidays off
💼 Responsibilities
- Communicate with drivers, brokers, and clients via phone and email
- Negotiate freight rates and build relationships with brokers
- Plan, schedule, and track shipments
- Monitor deliveries and resolve transportation issues
✅ Requirements
- Fluent spoken and written English — mandatory
- Strong communication skills
- PC or laptop with a stable internet connection
- Headset with microphone
- Second monitor preferred

💵 Salary
Performance-based commission
