Role Overview
We are hiring a Remote E-Commerce Order Fulfillment Specialist to handle manual backend order processing.
Your responsibility is to ensure that every order placed in Shopify is accurately and manually processed on supplier platforms (AliExpress / Alibaba). This role requires extreme attention to detail, focus, and discipline.
No automation. No shortcuts. Manual work only.
What You Will Be Doing
Reviewing new orders in Shopify
Manually placing each order on AliExpress / Alibaba
Entering customer details, product options, and shipping information
Verifying accuracy before submitting
Processing orders continuously throughout your shift
This is repetitive, high-volume work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Schedule
9 hours per day
Monday to Saturday
Flexible shifts available:
European daytime hours
Late shift (evening to night, up to approx. 3:00 AM)
Shift timing can be discussed based on availability and performance.
Requirements
Fast and accurate typing
