Marine MAN is looking for an experienced Crew Operator to join our team.
📍 Remote position
🌍 Preference: Ukraine / Georgia
💰 Salary: Market level, negotiable depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Crew mobilization and crew change coordination
- Full handling and processing of seafarers before joining
- Preparation and control of pre-joining documentation
- Flag State documents, endorsements and applications
- STCW compliance and document verification
- Control of certificates, validity dates and required renewals
- Coordination of PEME / medical examinations
- Visa and travel arrangements
- Preparation of employment and joining documentation
- Coordination of flights, transfers and joining instructions
- Communication with seafarers, vessels and shipowners
- Maintaining accurate crew records and documentation
- Monitoring crew rotations, contracts and relief planning
- Support with repatriation and other crew-related operational matters
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Crew Operator / Crew Coordinator in a crewing or ship management company
- Good knowledge of STCW, Flag State requirements and crew documentation
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle several crew changes simultaneously
- Good English
- Independent and responsible working approach
