AB InBev Efes Ukraine, World’s largest brewing company, successfully working and developing in Ukraine, is announcing the Junior Brand Manager position.
Main accountabilities:
- Analysis of brand commercial, financial and Brand Health KPIs, monthly brand performance tracking;
- Brand plan development & execution under supervision of Senior Brand Manager;
- Develop and deliver 360 marketing campaigns & creative materials;
- Coordinate agencies work, ensuring timely execution of projects (Creative, Media, Digital, SMM);
- Maintaining effective cross-functional collaboration (Sales, Innovations, Logistics, Planning, Finance, Factory, Legal, etc.);
- Organization of degustation sessions;
- Management of brands' budget and costs control;
- Management of document flow support.
Requirements:
- 1 — 1,5 years brand management experience in FMCG;
- University graduate in economics, marketing or communication;
- Good communicative & analytical skills;
- Ambitious, proactive, open-minded, with high level of adaptability & flexibility;
- Upper-Intermediate English level;
- Confident PC user (MS Office).
