Requirements:
- Drive for this kind of work.
- English knowledge
- Work experience in transport management
- Ability to communicate, negotiate and resolve various situations related to freight transportation
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, make quick decisions, and manage priorities effectively.
- Ability to do training in Lithuania for ~3 months (transportation and accomodation expenses paid)
Work conditions:
Remote, from anywhere, 08:00—18:00 (GMT+2).
20 work days paid vacation.
Responsibilities:
- Planning of transport routes for international shipments (Western Europe);
- Control and management of transport movement;
- Organization and control of the work of long-distance drivers;
- Constant communication with drivers (most of them are English-speaking and Russian-speaking foreigners);
- Administration of transport and route documents;
- Solving problem situations together with the team.
