Sales, Planning & Customer Support Coordinator
Experience in the wedding industry is preferred and will be considered a strong advantage. We’re looking for a proactive, highly organized person who can become a strong support point across sales, planning, customer support, and operations.
This role is perfect for someone who likes keeping things moving, following up, solving problems, and making sure nothing gets lost between clients and the team.
What you’ll do
- Support sales and follow up with leads
- Keep CRM and client information organized
- Coordinate schedules, planning details, and deadlines
- Communicate with clients and handle day-to-day requests
- Follow up on missing information and open tasks
- Keep trackers, spreadsheets, and internal systems updated
