As we are a small startup, you are expected to act as a jack-of-all-trades in the business development area. You won’t have a team during the first months, but will fill most required roles yourself, learn the required specifics and drive business.
You will report to and closely collaborate with the founder-CEO.
Responsibilities include:
- Drive sales for a 10-house development in Lviv
- Meet prospect clients for viewings and (if required) build upgrade packages catering to their specific necessities
- Develop our brand in Cyprus from zero
- Analyze the Cypriot real estate market to help us establish a strong niche position, maximizing the impact of our unique strengths
- Participate in the plot sourcing process for new developments
- Create marketing materials (digital and print) in collaboration with external contractors

Working Conditions:
85% of the work can be done remotely from anywhere, however, occasional business trips to Cyprus are required.
Your profile:
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Communications or a related field
- Proven experience and demonstrable achievements in Business Development, ideally in the Real Estate sector
- Willing to do a lot of hard groundwork in order to grow together
- Strong in both creating a strategy as well as bringing it into execution
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communicator
- English B2 level or better
- German language knowledge would be a plus
